Record of a Spaceborn Few

This is the third Wayfarer book.

The connection to the other two books is limited – the only tether I noticed is that one of the main characters is the sister of the captain from The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet. But that’s it. Like the other Wayfarer books, this is a character study (in this case, a series of character studies). You never get anxious about what’s going to happen because, for the most part, not a lot happens. And yet, that’s okay because Chambers has such an empathetic writing style, and her dialogue flows.
