They don’t make movies like this anymore.

It’s an adult drama with a prestige sheen, told in a roughly two-hour span.

All of the adult stories have transitioned to series, which is nice in some respects because it gives the creators more time to explore these worlds. But I miss a taut story told well over 120-140 minutes.
