A Closed and Common Orbit

This is the second book in Becky Chambers’ Wayfarer series.

It’s a small story that centers on two characters: Pepper (formerly Jane) who is raised by an AI, and Sidra, an AI that’s given a humanoid body by Pepper. Like her first Wayfarer book, there isn’t a lot of plot. But I was prepared for that and I again enjoyed being in this world. There’s very little connection to the first book beyond it taking place in the same universe and Pepper playing a very small part in book 1.
